		<description>BRICS has not done much, it seems, yet. But I think that it will become more important as US and her lackies (NATO) decline. 
Cuba&#039;s best bets as allies will be Brazil and Venezuela, methinks.
It&#039;s about time for huge South America to take to the world stage!</description>
